one growing up, another in foundry"
It was high, touching the sky
Buildings and malls, so Hi-Fi.
Number of brands with varying price tags
Vehicles on roads, with prosperity flags.
Looking forward with opportunities
Children streamlined, youth on duties.
Wow ! growing India really so well
Wait....
I have another one to detail.
My village
on Indo-Nepal border
got a lot to bother.
Small houses made of grass and mud
No electricity and roads disappeared.
Children and youth, why so aimless ?
No one is there to teach and address.
No brand to choose, No price tag to hover
clothes are there, just to cover.
They grow the crops, but floods take the toll
No hospital for emergency enroll.
I visited both in the same sunshine
Earlier unaware, noticed this time.
Two faces,single country
one growing up,
another in foundry.
I worry, who will bring them together
Still, we have a long distance to cover.
